You can select the departure date, but we will choose the airline, departure time and routing to best optimize your flight. All trips are booked on major carriers on Star Alliance, Oneworld and Skyteam. Although we strive to book direct nonstop flights, some departure and destination cities may require a connection.
You can earn miles with the respective airline and hotel chain. You can also use your points or frequent flyer status to upgrade.

Trip bookings are generally non-refundable. Flight bookings can be cancelled until 24 hours from the time of booking. The hotel and activity portion, once confirmed, is not refundable. Should a covered reason prevent you from traveling you can make a claim with the travel insurance provider.
Smart and Premium Vacations include non-refundable return economy flights and one activity. Posh Vacations include non-refundable premium economy (extra legroom) flights, where available and one activity.
Vacations are either for one (1) adult, two (2) adults or families with two (2) adults and up to two (2) children staying in the same room single, double or quadruple occupancy, respectively.
Basic medical, interruption and cancellation insurance is included in every trip and is offered through Allianz Global Assistance and Insurance benefits underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured’s state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) only available to U.S. residents and may not be available in all jurisdictions. Should you not be able to go on your trip for a covered reason you can make a claim with the trip insurance provider directly.
Flight class of service, ship cabin and activity choice subject to your travel tier and availability during peak travel dates. We reserve the right to substitute flights, hotels or activities should they become unavailable. We will always find a replacement of equivalent quality and value.
