  • With your private guide and driver, embark on a half-day exploration into the history of Paris, while bearing witness to all the must-see highlights in the City of Lights. Make your way to Ile de la Cite, where the medieval city was focused, and home to the cathedral of Notre Dame, one of the most famous Catholic churches in the world. In Le Marais district, a chic quarter known for its food, you can see the stunning Place des Vosges, a historic planned square formerly populated by Parisian nobility. Afterward, make your way to see the courtyards of the world-famous Louvre, the largest palace, and museum in Europe. Admire breathtaking architecture while your guide stimulates the imagination with tales and legends from the palace's past. Continue on to learn about Paris at the time of Napoleon as you see the imposing Arc de Triomphe on the renowned Champs-Elysees, then learn about the World's Fair held in 1900 as you head over towards the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero – which boasts the best view of the Tower in the entire city! Head up to the Eiffel Tower with your guide, and see the city's true beauty from the third-floor observation deck, where the views are remarkable.

  • The Moulin Rouge is a cabaret that was built in 1889, close to the extravagant setting of Montmartre in the Paris red-light district of Pigalle. The original house burned down in 1915 but was rebuilt and reopened in 1921. The Moulin Rouge, which literally translates to the 'Red Windmill' is marked by the red windmill on its roof and is best known as the spiritual birthplace of the modern form of the can-can dance. Enjoy your show tonight amidst the lavish costumes and sumptuous sets.

  • Discover the renowned vineyards of Chablis today with a private wine specialist acting as your driver-guide. One and a half hours northwest of Beaune, Chablis is the most northerly wine district of Burgundy, with a cooler growth climate creating a unique taste. Arrive to the Chablis Grand Cru hillside and stroll through the best Chablis appellations. Learn about the specific cultivation methods and the flinty terroir of the area. Indulge in a wine tasting in a carefully selected traditional cellar, trying Chablis ones. You'll sample at least 14 wines over the course of your day, 3 of which will be prestigious Grand Crus. In the afternoon you'll continue to a wine estate, enjoying a visit of the winery, its vat rooms, presses and cellar, along with a private wine tasting with a selection of fine Chardonnays through different appellations from Petit Chablis to Chablis Grand Cru. A third vineyard will dazzle you on a final tasting of some additional incredible wines, growing your appreciation for Chablis Burgundies. Conclude your day with the return 1.5 hour drive to Beaune.

  • You'll be picked up from your hotel to embark on a half-day tour of the Cote de Beaune, visiting wineries in the area in the company of your private English speaking driver-guide specialized in wines. Your day will include tastings of up to 14 different wines, including 3 Grand Cru wines, considered the best of the best. Travel along the Grands Crus Wine Road, around Pommard and the Golden Triangle of Burgundy’s Great White Wines: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Discover one of the area’s local wineries for a private tasting of some of the greatest appellations. Stop off on the Corton hillside, a unique location in Burgundy for red and white Grands Crus. Afterward, continue to another tasting at an estate with several generations of winemakers: trying elegant Pinot Noirs and unoaked white wines. Conclude your tour on arrival back to Beaune.

  • A Journey Back in Time
  • Meet your private driver-guide and set out on a full day tour of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Saint-Emilion. Also a renowned appellation, Staint-Emilion is a principal red wine area of Bordeaux, where famous wines Beauséjour Bécot, Villemaurine and Franc-Mayne are produced. Just an hour from the town of Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion's wine history dates back 1700 years, when Romans used the land to plant vineyards back in the 2nd century AD. In the afternoon, you'll visit three Classified Growth chateaux of Saint-Emilion, tasting and learning the unique characteristics of different wines of the appellation, while your morning is spent on a walking tour of the medieval town, an open-air museum. Admire the 8th century church which towers over the rest of the village, and learn of the underground monuments hidden below street level. Return to Bordeaux at the end of your day.

  • Taste and Tipple on a Vineyard Visit
  • Meet your private driver-guide at your hotel and depart on a full day excursion in the Medoc wine region. A mere half hour from the city of Bordeaux, find yourself in the midst of the vineyards and wineries of the Medoc, a formerly swampy area, converted by Dutch traders for wine production in the 17th century. The area is particularly renowned for producing some of the world’s most famous wines. Over the course of your day, you'll visit 3 Classified Growth and/or Cru Bourgeois estates that have been carefully selected for their exceptional setting and quality wine. During these visits you will learn all there is to know about the history of the estates, the wine making process, as well as their unique techniques used during the wine making. The visits are followed by an included wine tasting session at each location, as you refine your palate and learn to recognize a wine according to the appellation: Margaux, Pauillac, St Estèphe, St Julien, or Haut Médoc. Driving along the Castle Road, you'll be able to admire some famous chateaus today like Chateau Margaux or Chateau Pichon Longueville.
