• A private transfer between your hotel and Munich Airport is provided.

DAY 2

• Get a Lay of the Land
• Explore the beautiful city of Munich by taking in sights such the National Theater with the Royal Palace, the Palace of Nymphenburg and Marienplatz – the most historic and most scenic square of Munich’s old town, in a private chauffeured vehicle with a driver-guide. You will visit the Viktualienmarkt Beer Garden, located only two minutes away from Marienplatz to get a taste of the Bavarian beer culture. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy great beer while contemplating at all the amazing sights you have seen on this tour. Beer and snack are included.  

DAY 3

• Bavaria without traditional costumes is like beer without foam. If you have never worn a real Bavarian Lederhosen before, now is the time to try it on! Bavarian outfits are most recommended during the Oktoberfest season – you are bound to make lots of local friends!
• Please note that you will have to provide your size at least 10 days in advance. Your Bavarian outfit will be delivered to your hotel.
• Wear a traditional, lovingly embroidered Dirndl and feel like a local. Bavarian outfits are most recommended during the Oktoberfest season – you are bound to make lots of friends and take plenty of fun photographs! Dirndls are available in a variety of colors combined with matching aprons.
• Please note that you will have to provide your size at least 10 days in advance. Your Bavarian outfit will be delivered to your hotel.
• Enjoy an informative and entertaining walk through the heart of Munich’s beautiful old town with a private guide. Along the way your guide will take you on a journey through the city’s colorful 850-year history, stopping at various attractions, which have over the years witnessed events that created not just regional, but worldwide interest. From royal scandals over great international celebrations to the rise as one of Europe’s most influential and affluent cities, Munich has experienced it all! Let your guide explain the known and reveal the secrets of this beautiful Alpine city. Your guide will also take you through the famous Oktoberfest fairgrounds where you can visit the beer tents and experience this world-renowned Bavarian festival. Stop in any tent that appeals, as each has its own atmosphere. Soak in the festivities, listen to brass bands, admire the costumes, or visit the midway! Oktoberfest is an event for everyone, whatever your speed.

• Quintessential Castles
• Today, set out to explore one of Bavaria’s grandest masterpieces – the legendary Neuschwanstein Castle - on a private guided tour. Following a pick-up from your Munich hotel, travel south through the picturesque Bavarian countryside. You’ll first catch sight of the great towers of Neuschwanstein Castle as it rises in majestic splendor amid the German Alps. Set in one of Europe’s most beautiful locations, the castle overlooks the idyllic medieval village of Fussen. Here, incredible panoramic views offer views of stunning natural lakes and valleys stretching far into the horizon. Join a tour of the castle and feel mesmerized by the incredible beauty of this architectural gem. Following the end of your excursion you will be privately transferred back to Munich. Lunch is included today.
