You will be working from our hot desks (shared office space) at Rob Roy's Innevation Center by Switch in Las Vegas, however you have the ability to work from home most of the week. Weekly travel and sales meetings are held at our office, so you must be resident within Clark County, NV and have to be able to attend them.
As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Our Travel Advisors start at $8.25 per hour, plus on average 8-15% commission on your sales by our travel suppliers. In the travel industry, commissions by suppliers are paid out 30 days after the guest has completed their travel. We therefore encourage applicants to have a significant social media following or strong real world social networks to be able to quickly build income to a level that supports their lifestyle. Applicants must be selling an equivalent of $50,000 in bookings (flight, hotel, car, vacation packages) per month to earn $50,000 in gross annual income. With our support and training, most consultants will reach this goal in 3-6 months, but is highly dependent on your efforts and the ability to build your network. If you are just looking for travel discounts, this is not for you. Discounts are only available to agent’s that reach minimum sales goals. The coveted IATAN card is only available after earning at least $5,000 dollars in commissions (every year).
Travel Advisors that start with us can complete free training to reach our in-house qualification of Certified Travel Expert™ or Certified Travel Associate (“CTA”). This education is internationally recognized by the travel industry and requires a minimum of 12 months of employment to achieve.
You will provide Trip Concierge or our representative’s information regarding your work at home environment, including providing images of your work space in order to meet our WAH compliance standards through the year including ensuring safety, adequate and silent room and a computer workstation or laptop that allows you to access the Internet.

• Ability to send out full color brochures and magazines to your lists and contacts.
• Participate in email campaigns.
• Receive access to our social media marketing materials and marketing calendar.
• Access to our complete booking engine and web site interfaces and special partnerships covering over 200+ travel suppliers.
• Access to Trip Concierge live and online training courses to learn everything you need to know to boost your new career.
