With a constantly evolving façade, astoundingly advancing technology, and one-of-a-kind tourist attractions, Dubai is one of the best cities to visit this time of the year. The city has a delightfully pleasant temperature during the winter season which allows for both indoor and outdoor activities.

Besides the seasonal attractions of shopping festivals, Miracle Garden, and Global Village, there are a lot of year-round activities in Dubai. Explore your way through the city of sprawling deserts, marvelous architecture, and unique experiences with these must-visit spots.

 Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall

We can’t talk about Dubai without mentioning Burj Khalifa at the top of our list. The world’s tallest building comes with an ‘At the Top observation deck’ with views that will take your breath away. Gleaming and glittering with sparkles, laser shows, the dancing fountain, luxury cruises, and memorable experiences, it is the biggest crown jewel of the city.

You can access its attractions directly through the Dubai Mall. Other famous attractions include the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, the stunning Human Waterfall, an Olympic-sized indoor ice skating rink, Play DXB virtual reality park, and the city’s largest bookstore ‘Kinokuniya’.

The Palm, Jumeirah

The enchanting The Palm Jumeriah is a man-made island embellished with lavish 5-star hotels and resorts flaunting marvelous architecture and luxurious underwater suites. It is a wonderland filled with once-in-a-lifetime experiences and views that will stay with you for life.

The iconic palm-shaped archipelago can be viewed in all its glory through The View at the Palm. It overlooks the glistening coastline and skyline of Dubai along with an immersive theater. If the view from the top doesn’t suffice, you can always opt for the posh Palm Monorail dubbed as the ‘Gateway to Atlantis’.

Atlantic Aquaventure is another highlight of The Palm. The enormous water park has the Lost Chambers Aquarium, Atlantis Aquaventure, Aquaventure Beach, and Dolphin Bay. Indulge in 5-star cuisines and soothing sightseeing boat tours across the Palm Lagoon.

Dubai Marina

The lively Marina area is surrounded by panoramic views of the skyscrapers and Ain Dubai – the world’s largest and tallest Ferris wheel. The enchanting winding canals and luxurious yachts await your welcome with views of the city’s posh neighborhood, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Burj Al Arab.

The best way to explore the dreamy Dubai Marina is via a traditional dhow that departs from the Marina Promenade every hour. VIP experiences are also available on exclusive Yachts with amazing views and gourmet dinners.

JBR’s The Walk is a lovely boardwalk area with outdoor entertainment, delectable seafood restaurants, and a spectacular view of Bluewaters Island. To get your adrenaline pumping, try the X-Line Dubai Marina – the world’s longest urban zip line at speeds of 80 km/hr. The area has some of the city’s best5-star hotels with infinity pools and rooftop bars that will leave you in awe.

Hatta Dam

The extraordinarily beautiful Hatta is a captivating scenic spot with a gorgeous mountainous backdrop and crystal-clear azure waters. It is a must-visit place for all nature lovers as it is one of the few natural landscapes in Dubai unspoiled by manmade structures.

If you are an adventurous soul, try your skills on the rugged yet serene trails of the mesmeric Hajar Mountains on foot or a mountain bike. You will bewelcomed by undulating peaks, winding wadis, and rolling foothills as you explore the picturesque beauty of the mountains.

The enthralling landscapes and natural scenery can also be enjoyed via the watchtowers around the village, which also has a historic fort and an ancient mosque. The turquoise-hued lake can be explored via rental kayaks and paddle boats.
